Live music at The Downbeat is an intimate experience, with limited seating and a focus on being present for the performance. Below is everything you’ll need to know before purchasing tickets.
Each event holds two seatings, one at 6:00 PM and another at 8:30 PM.

ADVANCED TICKETS
Advanced tickets are available for Saturday evening performances and vary in price depending on the artist. For each show, 45 tickets are released for pre-sale.
When available, walk-ins are welcome.
You can check ticket availability online, by calling the box office, and/or In person at The Downbeat.
After purchasing, please look for your confirmation email. This email will include your confirmation number and the name associated with your party.
SEATING & ARRIVAL
A purchased ticket is for an assigned seat.
- Seating begins approximately 30 minutes before the set and the bar will be open.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to showtime
- Join the advanced ticket line upon arrival to ensure timely seating
Being on time helps us keep the evening running smoothly for everyone.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
There is no food or beverage minimum required with ticket purchase.
WALK-IN TICKETS
Walk-in tickets are available at the original ticket price when space allows. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.
TICKET POLICY
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
We have a no refund and no exchange policy. Tickets must be used for the show purchased.
